*2. Enrollment in the Program*
To enroll in the Buy and Earn Affiliate Program, you must complete the online application form. We may accept or reject your application at our discretion.
*3. Affiliate Responsibilities*
As an affiliate, you agree to:
– Promote Buy and Earn products and services through approved marketing channels.
– Ensure that all promotional materials adhere to our brand guidelines.
– Refrain from engaging in any misleading or unethical marketing practices.
– Keep all account information up-to-date and accurate.
*4. Commission Structure*
– Affiliates will earn a commission on qualifying sales made through their unique affiliate links.
– Commissions will be tracked and credited to your affiliate account.
*5. Withdrawal Policy*
– The minimum withdrawal amount is N5,000.
– A transfer fee of N100 will be deducted for each withdrawal transaction below N10,000 and N200 above N10,000.
– Withdrawals can be requested through your affiliate account dashboard, and payments will be processed within 48hrs business days.
*6. Prohibited Activities*
Affiliates are prohibited from:
– Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
– Using spam or unsolicited emails to promote Buy and Earn.
– Misrepresenting the relationship between affiliates and Buy and Earn.
– Engaging in any activity that could harm the reputation of Buy and Earn.
*7. Termination*
We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the affiliate program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these terms and conditions. Upon termination, you will forfeit any outstanding commissions.
*8. Modification of Terms*
Buy and Earn reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
*9. Limitation of Liability*
Buy and Earn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the affiliate program.
